CAPRA Accredited Advisor

As assurance that your audience will be engaged, entertained, and informed in an interactive style, Gail brings a wealth of knowledge with her decades in the recreation field. As a 20-year veteran Certified Parks & Recreation Professional with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), Gail worked in the hospitality and leisure industry since 1979 organizing special events, facilitating professional/personal development, social and educational programs. She is currently a trained facilitator for the Benefits Movement and a member of the CAPRA accreditation team visiting agencies in the recreation industry around the world to qualify them for accreditation through NRPA.

Certified Laughter Leader

SDI Certified Facilitator

Improve insights and understanding of your team and its individual members’ communication, work and conflict management styles in the Relationship Awareness workshop. As a Certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) Facilitator, Gail is qualified to administer assessment tools profiling the values and motivations behind behaviors for individuals and teams with respect to Relationship Awareness®. These valid and reliable tools render quick and remarkable results in a non-judgmental way that individuals and teams can use to predict and understand behaviors and communication styles both in and out of conflict at work or at home. Gail facilitates individual coaching sessions as well as team retreats to improve team and personal performance.
