Event Coordinators Have a Friend In the Planning Business.
Gail Knows the Ropes from Both Sides of the Pipe and Drape.

As an experienced special event coordinator, Gail enhances the value of your investment - she has the ability to serve in more than one capacity at your event:

  2. Moderate a panel

  5. Host a teleclass before or after your event to continue the learning

  6. Submit articles for your newsletter, ezine, or website before or after your event

  7. Present breakout sessions, teambuilding or partner program in addition to keynoting

  8. Provide consultation or coaching as requested

To Better Plan Your Program

  • Gail arranges her own schedule and travels coach to West Coast destinations and business class to Midwest and East Coast domestic destinations out of Las Vegas, Nevada. She travels business or first class internationally. United Airlines and Star Alliance partners with direct routes are preferred carriers. 


  • Living in Vegas, Gail offers her services as a Substitute Speaker- to pinch-hit for other presenters who may have missed a flight or otherwise couldn’t make their date. She can save the day for you and be practically anyplace in Vegas within the hour to take the stage and fill in to keep your client happy.


  • Airport parking and mileage to/from Las Vegas airport is $16/day.


  • On-site transportation is by taxi, rental car or personal driver.


  • Vegetarian meals are requested if meals are included - dairy is acceptable, but nothing that had a mother.


  • The meal and incidentals per diem is $50/day, pro-rated for portions of days.


  • Gail will send you master copies of handouts to allow you ample time to make as many copies as you have RSVP's for your event.


  • An 8 foot table is needed for her laptop and resources, set up with the short end facing the audience. She will need to use your LCD projector, screen, cordless lapel microphone and preferably an additional cordless handheld microphone as well as a glass, and a pitcher of water without ice. Details of room set up are confirmed in the booking agreement.


  • It is ideal to have access to the venue at least 90 minutes before the program to prepare the room.


  • Gail has an interactive introduction that includes a script and a ”Wild Applause” sign to warm up the audience before her program. She will bring the sign and the script to the event. Please assign someone to do the introduction that can have fun with it and is comfortable in front of groups.


  • Quotes are valid for 90 days before the booking agreement. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation date. The balance of your investment is due on or before the date of service, if expenses can be determined prior to the event. If not, expenses will be invoiced separately immediately after the event and due within 7 days after the event.


  • Upon your complete satisfaction, we request a letter of reference on your letterhead.


  • Gail usually arrives the night before your event to allow for travel disruptions and ensure she is ready and refreshed for your program. She is happy to join attendees for dinner and will turn in early to be rested for your event the next day. She prefers a non-smoking room with a king bed.
